Healthy Cookie Recipe


2 cup // Oats
1 // Banana
1/3 cup // Milk
1 tsp // Cinnamon
10 // Almonds
50g // Dark Chocolate
Today I'm doing a slightly different post to what I normally do. Yes, it's a cooking recipe and it's just something I do every once in a while so I thought I'd share with you.

This is a very simple and easy recipe that you could make anytime and it will take you less than 30 mins including prep time. So lets begin!

Firstly, just pre-heat your oven to gas mark 4 or 180 degrees. Then just get your oats and put it in a food processor until its flour like consistent. You can go ahead and cut the almonds and the dark chocolate into small pieces and mix all the dry ingredients in to a bowl (if you're allergic to nuts you can take the almonds away). Cut up the banana into small pieces and mush everything together with a spoon and add the milk. Once everything is fully combined and you and a cookie like batter just put it in a greased oven tray and divide it into as many pieces as you can. After about 15 - 20 mins your yummy cookies will be done and ready for you to enjoy.
